It is indeed a proud accomplishment for Tibiaan properties to be a member of the Oman Real Estate Association which was launched on Sunday, 16th September under the patronage of HE Sheikh Saif Bin Mohammad Al Shaibibi, Honarable Minister of Housing in the esteemed presence of the Chairman of Shura Council, distinguished members of The State Council, The Shura Council and all the fellow Real Estate Developers.


The Oman Real Estate Association endeavors to organize and develop the Real Estate sector in Oman and fortify the performance of the Real Estate Industry as stated by Eng. Mohammad Bin Salim Al Busaidi, The Chairman of the Board of the Oman Real Estate Association.

Targeting a bigger segment both locally and globally and consecutively contribute effectively in the enhancement of the Real Estate Sector is the sole vision of the Association, intending to contribute by the expertise to develop and enact laws which will regulate the Real Estate Industry in Oman.

The escalation of any organization is dependent to a great extent on its people, has been the belief of Tibiaan Properties which gives way to their mission of creating a professional working team of talented and out of the box Real Estate Consultants and Customer care professionals to obtain the trust of the community and to accomplish the criteria’s essential need to be a member of the Association.
