Saif Bin Amur Al Shaqsi, Undersecretary, Ministry of Housing.
At the trade expo, Tibiaan Properties showcased its wide range of services that include real estate brokerage, property management, project sales and lease, land sales, consultation services as well as market research and valuation reports. It also promoted a wide range of properties in its portfolio that includes a soon-to-be-launched landmark project in 2014.
Earlier this year, the company made headlines by signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Sultanates first Islamic bank, Bank Nizwa, that enables customers of Tibiaan Properties to opt for Islamic financing solutions and avail the banks wide ranging property products, quick processing and approvals as well as transparent prices and charges.
