Al Khalili Group and Tibiaan Properties recently announced the official launch of Elodea project on Wednesday evening 30^th of March 2022 in Al Bustan Palace with the attendance of his Highness Fahr bin Fatik Al Said and Shaikh Qais bin Salim Al Khalili Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Khalili Group, and a number of officials and business owners.

Elodea is one of the largest commercial sales projects that have been announced in Al Athaiba area in the capital, Muscat. It will include 163 shops that individuals and institutions can own and use for their own business or benefit from its returns. The investment value of the project is approximately 18 million Omani riyals.
